It's like they want to make a good MediaCenter solution with the 360 as the natural extender in the livingroom space, but they don't want it enough to bother doing it right or even particularly well. What does this do to the quality of the video? And what kind of processing power does it take? I'm assuming something like a 720p or 1080p HD stream will be quite challenging for anything not a C2D.I don't understand why MS insists on limiting codec support for MCE.
